This design restores proportion and highlights the home’s architectural beauty by opening views to the windows and refining foundation plantings. Overgrown shrubs were relocated and replaced varieties that will mature to window height without obscuring it. A bluestone stepping path replaces the concrete walkway. A new lamp post is anchored by a surrounding planting bed. The result is a balanced landscape that complements, rather than competes with, the the homes beautiful architecture.
